Diseñar, validar y escalar el porfolio de productos formativos y consultivos de la vertical B2B de Evolve, asegurando que cada programa entregue valor real a las empresas, esté alineado con los últimos avances tecnológicos (especialmente en IA, automatización, data y ciberseguridad) y pueda ejecutarse con eficiencia y excelencia.

Esta figura será el eje que convierta oportunidades de mercado en soluciones tangibles, rentables y escalables.

  • Liderar el diseño y evolución del catálogo de productos B2B (formación, consultoría, productos híbridos).

  • Traducir retos empresariales en soluciones formativas prácticas y personalizadas.

  • Identificar, seleccionar y coordinar a los mejores docentes y consultores para cada vertical.

  • Asegurar que cada producto tenga estructura pedagógica, viabilidad operativa y sentido de negocio.

  • Definir el procedimiento del desarrollo de materiales y recursos asociados (fichas, demos, FAQs, presentaciones…).

  • Garantizar el lanzamiento y entrega de los productos con máxima calidad y mínimo tiempo.

  • Iterar los productos tras cada entrega mediante feedback, datos y aprendizaje continuo.

  • Coordinarse con el Chief de B2B y con los equipos de Ventas, Operaciones y Marketing para asegurar coherencia y ejecución.

  • Detectar nuevas oportunidades de producto desde el análisis de tendencias, feedback de empresas y evolución del mercado.

4–7 años de experiencia diseñando soluciones formativas, programas de upskilling o productos tech en entornos B2B.

Background en edtech, consultoría, SaaS, bootcamps o agencias de formación a medida para empresas.

Conocimiento técnico y aplicado en IA, automatización, datos y/o ciberseguridad.

Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en productos escalables, rentables y pedagógicamente coherentes.

Experiencia trabajando mano a mano con equipos comerciales, audiovisuales, de operaciones y marketing.

Buen criterio estético, claridad narrativa y sensibilidad pedagógica.

Acostumbrado/a a crear portfolios desde cero, documentar procesos y lanzar productos en ciclos rápidos de validación.

Excelente capacidad de síntesis, estructuración y presentación.

Español nativo.

Inglés mínimo B2 alto (C1 ideal).
