tiene la oportunidad de dar forma a nuestra experiencia del huésped, proporcionando conocimientos y un servicio excepcional en apoyo de nuestro departamento de ventas.

Esta posición reporta al Subdirector de ventas y requiere permiso de trabajo Colombiano.

Responsabilidades

  • Contribuir a nuestro entorno con una actitud positiva y amistosa
  • Demostrar conocimiento en el área de alimentos y bebidas
  • Comunicarse con los miembros del equipo para asegurar el más alto nivel de servicio personalizado
  • Coordina y supervisa todos los requisitos para los distintos grupos de conferencias reservados por el Departamento de Ventas.

  • Responsable de hacer cumplir los términos de los contratos y guiar a los planificadores de reuniones.

  • Comunica las necesidades y expectativas del cliente con todos los departamentos del hotel.

  • Asegura la ejecución exitosa de la satisfacción del grupo y del cliente.

  • Realiza y supervisar reuniones de entrega de grupos
  • Crear atractivas presentaciones de menú y propuestas de eventos, para lograr tanto el máximo beneficio / beneficio potencial y el cumplimiento de las responsabilidades contractuales, mientras que satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.

  • Trabaja con el departamento de reservas para confirmar las necesidades de habitación del grupo.

  • Coordinar con el departamento de ventas y catering para asegurar la utilización apropiada del espacio para producir ingresos máximos.

  • Finalizar los requisitos de reservas confirmadas mientras maximiza el potencial de ingresos a través de la venta y asegurar una comunicación efectiva tanto escrita (CV, BEO, Informes Diarios) como contacto personal con todos los departamentos para el éxito del evento.

    Mantener un sistema de seguimiento activo.

  • Asegurar la exactitud de los cheques de banquetes y proporcionar una revisión de la factura al finalizar el programa o evento.

  • Supervisar la ejecución de eventos de banquetes.

    Revisar todo el espacio con el gerente de banquetes y cuando sea necesario el asistente principal.

    Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente al inicio de todos los eventos.

  • Planificar y / o asistir y / o participar en reuniones con el personal del hotel y los clientes, incluyendo, pero no exclusivamente, las siguientes: Sesión informativa de la mañana, Reunión de reanudación, Reunión de orden de eventos de banquetes, Reunión de ventas Reuniones preconvención, Visitas de planificación y degustaciones de menú.

  • Cumplir con las normas de Four Seasons para los servicios de conferencias, mientras que trabaja armónicamente y profesionalmente con los compañeros de trabajo y el comité de planificación.

  • Tomar decisiones oportunas e improvisadas, que equilibren las necesidades del cliente con los objetivos financieros, de seguridad y de dotación de personal del hotel.

  • Encuentra soluciones a los inevitables desafíos y fallas que surjan mientras los grupos están en propiedad y mantener al Director de Servicios de Conferencias y Comité de Planificación prontamente y completamente informado de todos los problemas o asuntos inusuales para que se puedan tomar medidas correctivas oportunas donde sea apropiado.

  • Y en general todas aquellas funciones relacionadas con su cargo y/o las tareas que le sean solicitadas por el empleador.

Cualificaciones y competencias preferidas

  • Educación: Educación superior con énfasis en hotelería, mercadeo o administración.

  • Experiencia entre 2-4 años en posiciones similares
  • Lectura, escritura y dominio oral del inglés nivel avanzado
  • Solucionador de problemas
  • Tener una gran atención al detalle, monitorear la calidad y estar muy orientado al servicio.
