We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer in Latin America .

This role provides an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling assets that elevate brand presence and drive engagement across multiple channels.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer development teams to bring campaign concepts to life.

The position emphasizes creativity, operational reliability, and a strategic approach to visual storytelling.

You will have a direct impact on brand evolution, digital presence, and conversion optimization, shaping how the company communicates with both B2B and broader audiences.

Accountabilities

  • Design and maintain visual assets across digital and print formats, ensuring brand consistency and evolution
  • Create graphics for email campaigns, social media, paid media, websites, presentations, and events
  • Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, white papers, case studies, slide decks, and infographics
  • Collaborate with content, demand generation, and digital teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals
  • Work with web developers to improve UX/UI design, landing pages, banners, and A/B testing assets
  • Interpret briefs and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communications
  • Incorporate accessibility, SEO, and CRO best practices into all design work

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and evolving brand systems
  • Knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress)
  • Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills
