Overview
Graphic Designer (Branding, Visual Communication & Video Editing) role at WEC - World Engineering Corp.
The role focuses on branding, corporate identity, visual communication, and video editing for projects in the fitness and athletic spaces industry.
Most projects are based in the United States, with opportunities to collaborate with an international, interdisciplinary team in Bogotá.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding concepts, including logos, visual identity systems, and style guides.
- Design corporate documents, marketing materials, and digital assets (presentations, brochures, catalogs, stationery).
- Produce vectorized graphics and technical illustrations for architectural and engineering projects.
- Create templates for web interfaces and collaborate with developers for implementation.
- Design and prepare production sheets for adhesive vinyl logos, assembly guides, and modifications in architectural/mechanical plans.
- Edit and export short-form videos for marketing, presentations, and social media.
- Ensure consistency across all outputs, maintaining brand coherence and high visual impact.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in branding, corporate design, and visual communication.
Demonstrated experience working with architecture/engineering teams is a plus.
Software Proficiency:
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools.
- Experience in Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in illustration and iconography.
Languages: Intermediate English proficiency to communicate within an international team.
Soft Skills:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
