Job description

This job is with Sony Pictures Entertainment, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

The Graphics Designer (GD) is responsible for providing ideation, creative and subsequent execution for SPE - Latin America and all its LOB in a way that aligns with and elevates brand and product, supports the business and amplifies overall market perception.

The candidate will partner with all Creative units including Project managers team to ensure highest industry standards, brand cohesiveness and elevate the quality of all initiatives for Digital Products and other line of business.

Core responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for all digital and print media requests, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, web and product interfaces.

  • Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools to improve design workflows.

    (e.g.generative design apps, automation platforms).

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop campaign visuals and brand materials.

  • Production work (eg: Art adaptations, resizing, image/material curation)
  • Contribute to brand development and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Handle multiple design projects from concept through execution under tight deadlines.

  • Design and build impactful Keynote presentations that support executive speeches, sales pitches, product launches, and conferences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to transform messaging and data into visually engaging presentations.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all presentation materials.

*Work Experience Requirements *

  • 4-6 years in design, and/or production (broadcast, digital, print).

    Including but not limited to logo design, custom typography and illustration skills
  • Expert proficiency using Adobe CC.

    PowerPoint / Keynote experience a plus.

  • Ability to manage projects from concept through execution.

  • Strong proficiency in branding initiatives.

  • Passionate about original, acquired and library content, social, events and global branding initiatives.

  • Be able to listen and take constructive feedback to improve own work.

  • Ability to work effectively under changing environments.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.

  • Deep knowledge of social platforms.

  • Creativity, ability to think strategically, innovation, teamwork, ability to multi-task.

  • Communication skills, time management and prioritization skills a must.

  • In addition to having a passion for all types of content, this individual also has his/ her finger on the pulse of pop culture and social trends in design, marketing and advertising.

  • Diversity sensitivity is a must.

  • English Proficiency is a must.

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Film or equivalent.
