We are seeking a Go High Level (GHL) CRM Sales & Implementation Specialist based in Medelln, Colombia, to support US clients in partnership with Solvo.
This role combines technical CRM expertise with sales and client engagement, focusing on configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Go High Level systems for marketing and sales automation.
Responsibilities: Conduct discovery and sales calls with US-based clients to identify business needs and present GHL solutions.
Configure and implement CRM systems including pipelines, automations, calendars, and integrations.
Migrate data from legacy systems and optimize setups for lead generation and conversion.
Provide client onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support.
Collaborate with US teams to enhance processes and ensure top client satisfaction.
Requisitos Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, marketing automation, and CRM best practices.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Experience working with US-based clients.
Familiarity with Zapier, Twilio, Stripe, or similar integrations is a plus.
Previous experience in agencies or SaaS environments is highly valued.
At least five years of experience in civil design/engineering.
Intermediate or advanced level in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering automation tools (Revit, BIM 360).
Ability to properly operate technical analysis equipment and computer systems.
Strong oral and written technical communication skills, with the ability to read technical literature and engineering drawings.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, applying professional knowledge to both routine and non-routin
