About Us:

We are an environmental company implementing a multi-level tire recycling model.

Our mission goes beyond tire disposal—we are creating a sustainable, profitable production cycle that maximizes resource efficiency and minimizes environmental impact.

We convert used tires into five product lines :

  • Pressed Bales – exports to India, Pakistan, South America
  • Sidewall Rings – industrial and design uses
  • Tire-Derived Fuel (TDF) – cement & power plants
  • Crumb Rubber (1–3 mm) – sports, flooring, landscaping

Our target markets include Florida & U.S. states, India, Pakistan, and South America , serving industries like construction, infrastructure, municipalities, and sports manufacturing.

The Role

We are looking for a fierce Global Sales Strategist to build our sales operation from the ground up .

This is a one-person powerhouse role —you will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategy, implementing a CRM, creating workflows, and closing deals.

This is not a role with a pre-built playbook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach, including cold calling, to generate and qualify leads.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through consistent communication and relationship-building.

  • Manage, update, and track all leads in the company’s Sales CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Schedule and coordinate calls, demos, or meetings with potential clients and partners.

  • Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity, pipeline, and conversion targets.

Marketing & Strategic Growth

  • Conduct market research and segmentation, developing tailored strategies for each product category.

  • Expand international partnerships by identifying new distributors, traders, and clients across key export regions.

  • Build strong brand positioning as a modern, eco-responsible, and technology-driven company.

  • Strengthen networking and visibility across professional industry platforms.

  • Monitor and participate in industry events (conferences, expos, and trade fairs) to promote our company and build connections.

  • Develop and present a comprehensive commercial and marketing growth plan .

  • Propose structured sales expansion and branding strategies aligned with company priorities.

  • Identify collaboration opportunities with municipalities, construction firms, and manufacturing enterprises.

  • Suggest innovative and eco-oriented marketing initiatives that emphasize sustainability and competitive advantages.

  • Continuously monitor market trends, recycling technologies, and circular economy initiatives .

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development , ideally in B2B services, recycling, or industrial solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English (multilingual ability is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and remain persistent.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Flexible, with overlap during 9–5 EST for client and team coordination
  • Location: Remote / Global
  • Base Salary plus Commissions.

This is a builder role for a sales warrior —someone who can create strategy, systems, and results from scratch while driving both revenue and sustainability impact.
