As a team member, you will support the centralized reporting function within Zimmer Biomet’s global FP&A.
This role demands a strong command of Power BI and a passion for transforming data into powerful, intuitive dashboards that drive strategic decision‑making across global stakeholders.

How You'll Create Impact
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to executive and regional teams
- Transform legacy or underutilized reports into visually compelling, user‑centric dashboards that elevate decision‑making
- Apply design thinking principles to ensure dashboards are intuitive, navigable, and tailored to diverse stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate regional data (LATAM, EMEA, APAC) into cohesive global reporting frameworks
- Continuously improve dashboard performance, usability, and visual impact based on user feedback and evolving business needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across all reporting solutions and present insights and dashboards to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic relevance
What Makes You Stand Out
- Proven experience developing high‑impact dashboards in Power BI, with a portfolio showcasing advanced visuals and UX‑focused design
- Strong understanding of DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization within Power BI
- Ability to balance technical depth with creative storytelling, turning complex datasets into elegant, decision‑ready reports
- Demonstrated success in redesigning or enhancing existing dashboards to improve clarity, engagement, and adoption
- Experience working in global or regional FP&A environments, with sensitivity to varied stakeholder requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences
Your Background
- Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or dashboard development roles
