The role
As a
Global Project Manager Expert
, you are passionate about delivering complex initiatives with precision and excellence.

You bring
7+ years of experience
managing large-scale digital projects, a strong grasp of project management methodologies, and a track record of driving engagements to successful outcomes.

You will lead projects where scope, timeline, and budget must be managed with rigor, while ensuring smooth coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders.

This is a leadership role requiring someone who can bring structure, accountability, and clarity in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Role Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are tightly managed
• Lead project planning, resourcing, risk management, and execution across all phases of the engagement
• Coordinate resources across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration
• Act as the primary client contact for project execution, providing clear communication and expectation management
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering leads to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and technical requirements
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks and issues before they impact delivery
• Ensure that all reporting, documentation, and governance requirements are consistently met
• Drive accountability across teams while fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
• Continuously monitor and communicate project health through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder updates

Must Have Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience in digital or technology-focused environments
• Proven ability to manage projects, with a strong record of delivering on time, on budget, and within scope
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust
• Demonstrated success in risk management, issue resolution, and resource coordination

Nice To Have Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and VertexAI; experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms also valuable
• Background in consulting or agency environments with multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches in addition to traditional project management
• Bachelor's degree
