Global Forwarding Operations Agent - Bogotá (After Hours)
We’re hiring a Global Forwarding Operations Agent to join our Bogotá team, working on an after-hours shift to support our global operations.
You’ll be at the heart of international freight processes, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of services.
Responsibilities
- Manage key aspects of the Express Rail Service program, from handling requests to billing and quality checks.
- Support Canadian international freight operations with documentation and distribution.
- Track and trace ocean imports, send manifests, and coordinate with warehouses.
- Maintain and update the autocosting database in CargoWise.
- Provide billing and costing support while monitoring KPIs.
- Assist with diversions and ensure data quality across systems.
- Communicate effectively and work proactively in a fast-paced, international environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience (freight forwarding or logistics preferred).
- Knowledge of international freight documentation is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English (required).
- Proactive and organized, with solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CargoWise).
- Experience with CargoWise or Emanifest is a plus.
