Here are the key responsibilities for the Global Customer Operations Associate Supervisor role:
Lead and manage the Global Customer Operations team to ensure timely and accurate customer service.Oversee staff selection, training, development, and shift coverage.Develop and maintain documentation such as SOP's, work instructions, and training records.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.Manage employee performance, including evaluations, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Perfil buscado (h/m)
Bilingual (En & Sp) proactive leader with strong communication skills, proven experience in customer service or call center environments, and a talent for team development.
