MISIÓN DEL CARGO
Dirigir y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas de la empresa, liderando la estrategia comercial, la gestión y desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas, la consolidación de cuentas clave y la apertura de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en los diferentes canales de distribución, con el fin de asegurar crecimiento sostenido y posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado nacional e internacional.
PERFIL REQUERIDO
• Formación académica: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Mercadeo, Gestión Comercial o carreras afines.
Especialización en Gerencia Comercial, Mercadeo o afines (deseable).
• Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años liderando equipos de ventas y desarrollando estrategias comerciales en sectores de moda, belleza, cosméticos o consumo masivo.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
• Definir, implementar y supervisar la estrategia comercial para los diferentes canales (TAT, mayoristas, distribuidores, puntos de venta y digital), asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de ventas, visitas e indicadores de cartera.
• Liderar, acompañar y motivar la fuerza de ventas, garantizando su desarrollo profesional y el fortalecimiento de la relación con clientes.
• Gestionar directamente cuentas estratégicas y grandes clientes, negociando acuerdos comerciales, asegurando la fidelización y el crecimiento de cada relación.
• Impulsar las ventas en puntos de venta propios o aliados, diseñando estrategias de atracción de tráfico, rotación de productos y promoción.
• Representar a la compañía en escenarios nacionales e internacionales (ferias, macro ruedas de negocios, showrooms y demás eventos comerciales).
• Analizar los resultados comerciales, identificar oportunidades de mejora y presentar informes estratégicos a la gerencia general.
• Diseñar y ejecutar planes de expansión y apertura de nuevos mercados, alineados con los objetivos corporativos.
• Coordinar el trabajo con mercadeo y logística, asegurando coherencia entre la estrategia de ventas, campañas de comunicación y disponibilidad de producto.
