In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

**Your role and responsibilities**
Responsible for planning, leading, and controlling all phases of the implementation, ensuring that the project meets its scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives, managing risks, and guaranteeing business adoption.

Key Skills:

* In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics processes, etc.)
* Experience in project management (PMI-PMP, Scrum/Agile)
* Leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills
* Risk management and financial control capabilities
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Required:

Profile

Professional degree.
Certifications: Must be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Training

PMI-ACP-PMP - Agile Certified Practitioner: focused on agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean.
SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience leading SAP ERP implementation projects, or
Experience performing the same role in the implementation of at least 3 S/4HANA ERP projects and at least 2 other SAP ERP projects.

At least one project in which the SAP Activate methodology or a similar implementation methodology was used.
