Job Description
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo Gerente de Marketing Multiespecies en Salud Animal.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión de productos de Salud Animal para las Unidades de Negocios de Avicultura, Porcicultura y Acuacultura.

  • Crear, desarrollar y ejecutar en corto y largo plazo el plan estratégico del portafolio para garantizar el crecimiento de la participación (Market Share) y liderazgo en el mercado.

  • Desarrollo de planes de negocio para las diferentes líneas y principales productos buscando la diferenciación, innovación y generación de valor para el consumidor final.

  • Elaborar forecast de demanda de productos de manera precisa.

  • Gestión del presupuesto de Mercadeo haciendo el adecuado uso de los recursos disponibles para la comercialización y distribución de los productos de la unidad de negocios.

  • Análisis de mercado, finanzas, tendencias, competidores y aspectos comerciales.

  • Gestión de proyectos liderar equipos multifuncionales en proyectos estratégicos para el área de marketing y técnica y/o para toda la Unidad de Negocio.

  • Inspirar, instruir, dirigir y apoyar al equipo de ventas para la excelencia en la ejecución de estrategias de marketing y técnica, incluyendo presencia en clientes.

  • Gestión del trabajo con grupos de veterinarios, consultores, gremios y líderes de opinión.

  • Capacitación de la fuerza de ventas, prospección, estudio de factibilidad e implementación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

  • Planificación y gestión de eventos; presencial y virtual.

  • Desarrollar análisis robustos del entorno externo e interno generando insights, identificando cambios en el comportamiento del consumidor, tendencias y oportunidades de negocio y principalmente, implementar acciones concretas para mejorar el resultado.

  • Identificar oportunidades para nuevos productos, realizar análisis y proyección de potencial y ventas, así como participar activamente en el proceso de desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.

  • Desarrollar y fortalecer las marcas a través de planes integrados que consideren audiencias clave, su jornada de compra y múltiples puntos de contacto.

  • Mantener contacto con equipos mundiales, regionales y colegas de otros países; con el fin de asegurar la alineación de las estrategias implementadas, así como contribuir a un ambiente de intercambio continuo de aprendizajes y experiencias.

  • Cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y locales.

Requisitos

  • Formación profesional en Medicina Veterinaria y/o Zootecnia.

  • Postgrado en gestión empresarial, marketing, planeación estratégica de negocios y áreas afines.

  • Español e Inglés Fluido / Avanzado
  • Deseable Portugués
  • Experiencia 3- 5 años como Gerente de Producto, Gestión de cuentas claves, dirección técnica, ventas o marketing a nivel de gestión de productos.

  • Experiencia deseable con marketing digital.

  • Experiencia en el segmento de Incubadoras y/o genética

Habilidades

  • Mentalidad estratégica (Planificación estratégica, visión de corto, mediano y largo plazo).

  • Habilidades analíticas (capacidad para sintetizar ideas, mapas de mercado y generar insights).

  • Conocimiento técnico en avicultura (experiencia en campo y/o industrias).

  • Creatividad e innovación.

  • Habilidades en liderazgo (liderar / influir en las personas, capacidad de lograr resultados a través del trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones).

  • Organización (cumplir con los plazos, hacer un seguimiento, entregar resultados y flexibilidad).

  • Relación interpersonal (comunicación, capacidad de negociación, gestión de conflictos).
