Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Sales en Marsh.

Este puesto estará ubicado en Cali, Colombia como sede primordial y alternativamente Bogotá, Colombia.

Se trata de un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Identificar oportunidades, desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que contribuyan al cumplimiento de las metas individuales y las establecidas para el área
  • Brindar asesoría especializada y soluciones a la medida, en función de las necesidades de los clientes y objetivos del área
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos y otras unidades de negocio para asegurar un enfoque integral en la oferta de servicios.

  • Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias del mercado, la normativa vigente y las mejores prácticas en gestión de seguros de diferentes ramos, para proponer mejoras continuas y garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio.

  • Elaborar informes y análisis detallados sobre la gestión de la cartera y presentar recomendaciones que impulsen la eficiencia y efectividad del servicio.

  • Aprovecha un conocimiento competente de las ofertas internas y las soluciones de corretaje y ayuda a responder a las consultas e inquietudes de los clientes, resolviendo problemas con prontitud y puede realizar llamadas en frío.

  • Desarrolla presentaciones de ventas complejas y efectivas y apoya y asiste en el diseño, desarrollo y comercialización de nuevos productos.

  • Ayuda a los corredores de nivel superior en asignaciones de clientes más complejas y sigue a los líderes durante las reuniones de ventas y presentaciones para obtener ganancias conocimiento y experiencia.

  • Lleva a cabo una investigación exhaustiva de diligencia debida aprovechando varios recursos y canales de información para mantener un conocimiento competente de condiciones del mercado y comprender las necesidades y expectativas del cliente
  • Actualiza a la gerencia sobre problemas y progreso regularmente y a pedido, para garantizar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad y que el negocio esté visto como un proveedor preferido.

  • Cierra acuerdos de ventas negociando valores y estructuras básicas de precios y supervisa las cuentas para servir mejor tanto a la empresa como al cliente

Lo que necesitas tener:

Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería o campos afines a Seguros

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en el sector de seguros (comercial multiramo), preferiblemente en aseguradoras, brókers o consultoría en riesgos
  • Capacidad demostrada para gestionar portafolios de clientes de diferentes magnitudes y ramos dentro del mercado local
  • Habilidades comerciales sólidas con una mentalidad orientada a la consecución de resultados.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación para establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes y otros socios de negocio
  • Espíritu de colaboración y capacidad para trabajar de manera proactiva en equipos multidisciplinarios.

  • Alta orientación al cliente, con capacidad para identificar necesidades y proponer soluciones efectivas.

  • Capacidad analítica (análisis de siniestralidad, manejo de factores para determinación de costos) ya que analiza los riesgos, ayuda con el desarrollo de soluciones, realiza presentaciones de ventas a clientes
  • Capacidad para ejecutar estrategias comerciales efectivas, impulsando el crecimiento y la rentabilidad.
