  • Estrategia Comercial: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de venta de soluciones complejas, alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.

    Utilizar herramientas como planificación territorial, desarrollo de cuentas, gestión de pipeline, análisis de brechas y mitigación de riesgos.
  • Generación de Oportunidades: Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante llamadas en frío, networking y gestión de solicitudes entrantes.
  • Venta Consultiva: Entender las necesidades del cliente y posicionar soluciones de forma estratégica, aprovechando el conocimiento de productos y servicios.
  • Gestión del Ciclo de Ventas: Liderar todo el proceso comercial, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, incluyendo precios, cotizaciones, negociaciones y gestión contractual.
  • Gestión de Socios y Canales: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes, garantizando su satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Colaboración Interna: Trabajar en conjunto con equipos internos como gestión de productos, gerentes de programas y soluciones al cliente para personalizar propuestas.
  • Reportes y Pronósticos de Ventas: Monitorear actividades comerciales, generar reportes y realizar proyecciones de ventas.
  • Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Título universitario en ingeniería o administración de empresas.
  • Entre 10 y 12 años de experiencia comprobada en ventas de soluciones dentro del mercado empresarial
  • Experiencia previa en soluciones digitales de autenticación orientadas a sectores como finanzas, telecomunicaciones y otros verticales.

    También en firma digital/electrónica, onboarding digital, ciberseguridad, etc.
  • Dominio del proceso de venta consultiva y capacidad para comercializar soluciones complejas y de alto valor.
