Overview

Join the AWS Generative AI Specialty sales organization as a Generative AI and Machine Learning Specialist Seller for the NOLA region.

Drive adoption and revenue growth for AWS Generative AI services by identifying high-value opportunities, engaging with customers, and aligning solutions to business needs.

Build trusted advisor relationships with Line of Business, Data Science, and IT personas, and help customers understand and deploy AWS Generative AI capabilities to unlock new value streams.

You will own the full-cycle sales engagement, from identifying qualified leads to realizing revenue, and will translate customer initiatives into account plans and opportunity win plans that enable business aims and AWS revenue.

You will maintain in-depth knowledge of AWS Generative AI services and related cross-functional areas to build strong relationships and guide customers through the architectural choices for their use cases.

Key responsibilities

  • Accelerate customer adoption by defining and implementing tech-domain GTM strategies within assigned accounts and technology domains, leveraging AWS Sales and partner ecosystem.

  • Engage with Line of Business and C-suite leaders to solve their most compelling business problems using generative AI.

  • Serve as the front-line owner for specialist customer engagement in your tech domain across accounts.

  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions addressing specific customer needs.

  • Co-develop GTM motions for new product launches and work with product teams on innovative services.

  • Partner with global system integrators to deliver customer projects.

  • Identify new customer segments and Gen AI use cases to drive market expansion.

  • Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmaps and enhance the customer experience.

  • Drive sales efforts spanning multiple lines of business with decision-making authority and budget ownership.

  • Develop and deliver compelling ROI analyses to drive adoption of AWS Gen AI solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets
  • Business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
  • Experience in direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
