Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Finance, G BS Transformation to support and drive strategic initiatives within Global Business Services (GBS).
This role is pivotal in enhancing global finance processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling accurate reporting and cost management across regions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for process improvement in a dynamic, global environment.
On a typical day you will:
- Lead and support GBS finance transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and maintaining global internal processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and GBS stakeholders to manage activities such as invoicing, billing, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
- Track and monitor actual savings, FTE impacts, and financial outcomes associated with GBS transformation efforts.
- Develop and maintain global process maps, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and transparency across regions.
- Prepare and support management reporting and executive presentations, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Generate and distribute monthly standard reports to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with regional reconciliations and ensure alignment with global finance standards and practices.
- Understand and support the IMS (Integrated Management System) and invoicing processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or GBS-related roles within a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with IMS or similar platforms is a plus.
