You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area), with scheduled work hours from 12 pm to 9 pm local time.

Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an important part of our development process, delivering actionable insights that support our game teams to optimize software performance and elevate gameplay.

We are looking for a Game Data Analyst for our Apex Legends team.

You will report to the Development Manager.

Responsibilities

• You will partner with Development and Design teams to predict and implement telemetry requirements during active development.
  
  Test for hook validity and work with Feature Owners to educate and train in their usage of telemetry for coverage analysis.
  
  
• You will propose automation strategies upstream and coordinates between downstream analysts and Quality Engineering partners to ensure early implementation of technology.
  
  
• You will participate in a targeted playtest with a focus on a feature or single experience that requires experiential feedback.
  
  
• You will play the content in specific ways that the design has confirmed they are looking to solicit feedback on.
  
  
• You will assess playtest feedback, collate information into subjective & objective categories, and report back main findings to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience and Knowledge

• 2+ years of experience playing Apex Legends - ideally at a medium-high skill level and is interested in contributing to player experience research.
  
  

• Experience analyzing, processing and interpreting datasets to report on data-driven stories.
  
  
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and testing techniques.
  
  
• Knowledge of shooter games, including what best in class gameplay/features are.
  
  
• Experience playtesting games and expressing different types of feedback.
  
  

• Ability to work in a team setting to collate feedback and report back main findings to partners.
