The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and proactively recruit new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates across Latin America.
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your partner portfolio, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Create and execute strategic initiatives to grow the partner network and drive client acquisition and trading volume.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and performance feedback to partners to help them maximize their success.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance against key KPIs, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and provide partners with the resources they need.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market regulations within the LATAM FX/CFD landscape.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must-have: 3+ years of proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or IB Management role working directly for a retail FX or CFD brokerage.
(Candidates without this specific industry experience will not be considered).
- Deep and practical understanding of the Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate business models.
- A strong, existing network of contacts within the LATAM financial trading community is highly desirable.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding acquisition and revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
