We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) – Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to support our client's digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end supply chain processes, D365 F&O implementation, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support end-to-end D365 F&O SCM implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Analyze business processes related to procurement, inventory, warehouse management, production planning, and logistics, recommending best practices using D365 SCM functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
- Translate business requirements into functional design documents and work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
- Support data migration, testing (UAT), and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the client and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or earlier versions (AX 2012, AX 2009) focusing on SCM modules.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Product Information Management
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Master Planning
- Sales & Distribution / Transportation Management
- Proven track record in at least 2 full lifecycle D365 SCM implementations.
- Ability to map and re-engineer business processes to system functionalities.
