Full Stack Software Engineer Associate

Purpose
The Full Stack Software Engineer Associate provides specialized technical analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of mission‑critical applications, ensuring high availability, security, integrity, and reliability.
Accountabilities
- Build cost‑effective and efficient applications by analyzing user requirements, providing technical specifications and design, and developing/maintaining programs according to standards, ensuring timely delivery on budget.
- Provide technical guidance, subject‑matter expertise and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders on application development.
- Recommend departmental standards for systems architecture, application development, integration, data modelling and performance testing, and perform reviews and walkthroughs of major project deliverables.
- Implement new systems or enhancements by reviewing code, establishing and executing test procedures, developing implementation plans and documentation, and delivering all required functionality.
- Provide production and user‑acceptance testing support for complex technical problems, analyze issues, implement solutions and develop new procedures.
- Act independently to identify automation or efficiency opportunities, introduce new technologies, and ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Maintain understanding of division business strategies, policies and risk management, and provide consultancy on technology architecture and MIS development.
- Assist in recruiting qualified staff, contribute to performance appraisals, and keep up‑to‑date with technology and industry practices.
- Participate in team meetings, provide status updates, and support after‑hours and weekends as required.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring full integration of solutions.

Education, Experience & Other Information
- University or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
- 2+ years working experience in systems architecture, business systems analysis and application development.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in full‑stack development, including front‑end and back‑end technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of database design, API development and cloud platforms.
