Hiring: Full-Time Media Buyer (Remote, 40 hrs/week)
We're LandscapingRise, a performance marketing team serving local service businesses—mostly tree service and landscaping.
We're looking for a system-driven Media Buyer who can manage ~20 accounts, follow our creative framework, and drive progress with organized testing, clear strategy, and AI-assisted content.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
What you'll do
• Own paid acquisition for ~20 local service accounts (primarily Meta Ads).
• Implement our creative testing framework: hooks, angles, formats, weekly refreshes.
• Plan and launch campaigns, audiences, and budgets; scale winners, cut losers.
• Keep meticulous test logs, naming conventions, dashboards, and weekly recaps.
• Turn data into insights that matter: CPL/CPA, booked appointments, lead quality.
• Collaborate on ad concepts, briefs, and UGC direction with our creative team.
• Use AI (Google AI video models, ChatGPT) to ideate, script, and generate content variations.
• Edit quickly in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro and package creatives for testing.
• Coach clients on content gathering: clear prompts, simple shot lists, and recording guidelines (in Spanish and English).
• Maintain clean tracking (pixel/events/forms) and CRM pass-through to our funnels.
You're a fit if you
• Are fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable writing angles, briefs, and client guidance in both.
• Follow proven systems and also contribute smart improvements.
• Have hands-on experience with Google AI video models and ChatGPT for ideation/scripting/asset iteration.
• Can produce and QC short-form video content in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Have 2–4+ years managing Meta campaigns (local/home services preferred).
• Can handle a high account load with calm, reliable execution.
• Know your numbers (CPL, CPA, CVR, CTR, frequency, book rate) and act on them.
• Nice to have: basic GoHighLevel familiarity (pipelines, forms, triggers).
Success in your first 90 days looks like
• Consistent documentation of tests and outcomes across accounts.
• Clear improvement in CPL/CPA and booked-appointment rate in priority accounts.
• A weekly cadence: creative refresh plan, scaling plan, and status report.
• 2–3 repeatable creative families that become new go-to winners.
