Role Description
We are hiring a
'full-stack' marketer
.
This is an
intense
role; this is not an easy job but it is
extremely rewarding

You'll get that feeling multiple times when things 'click' and you will see the

Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing)
The role requires a
full-stack
approach to marketing, focused on high-stakes execution and measurable results for our top-tier clients.

- Split testing
and testing multiple concepts, funnels, formats, and ideas for our clients.
- Identifying bottlenecks & creating game plans to solve.
- Innovating our internal processes.
- Creating
funnels, automations, and systems
to go live and put tens of thousands of dollars behind.
- Manage client goals and targets.
- Manage talent.
- Work with the best clients in their field, thus learning about many topics, and impact change in public consciousness.
Abilities (We Need Someone Who)
We are looking for
true raw potential
, someone who is naturally gifted and ready to execute at the highest level.
We will train you to do most of this things but you need to show potential in all abilities.

- Can
create landing pages
(from templates, designs, etc.) with good taste and aligned with the target market.
- Good with
tech and automations
(Zapier, GHL, Make, Airtable, etc.).
- Understands numbers

- Create ads.
- Won't get stuck, but still can listen and knows how to ask questions.
- Is very
diligent and can manage themselves
(doesn't need someone to push them, but pushes WITH the team towards our growth goals).
- Can manage thousands of clients' dollars on ad spend responsibly.
- Is able to
learn extremely quickly

- Has
extreme attention to detail

- Moves FAST
.
- Isn't scared of responsibility, can own up to mistakes, and is eager to grow (we don't punish, we understand and plan for better).
- Is willing to do the boring job and do things as many times as needed until it is just right.
