As a
Full Stack Engineer focused on Application Support (Level 2/3)
, you will provide advanced technical support for complex enterprise applications while also contributing to development and automation.
This hybrid role combines strong
Java, Python, and React engineering skills
with
application monitoring, troubleshooting, and support expertise
.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain application health, resolve incidents, and deliver enhancements in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment.
Your Impact
Application Support (L2/L3)
- Provide
Level 2 and Level 3 support
for business-critical applications, investigating and resolving incidents, performance issues, and escalations.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues using
DataDog
and optionally the
ELK stack
.
- Collaborate with operations, DevOps, and product teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Ensure effective incident, change, and problem management through Jira/Confluence workflows.
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using
React
.
- Design and implement back-end services using
Java (8 & 17)
and
Python
.
- Build and consume
RESTful and GraphQL APIs
, including schema design and query execution.
- Contribute to
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
and automation to accelerate delivery.
Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using
AWS services
(S3, EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, DocumentDB).
- Leverage
Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS)
for containerization and orchestration.
- Support cloud-native observability and system reliability improvements.
Collaboration
- Work within Agile teams, participating in
sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups
.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and support engineers to deliver reliable solutions.
- Use
Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
and
Git
for collaboration and version control.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience
in software engineering and/or application support roles.
- Proven experience with
Java (8 & 17)
and
Python
for backend services.
- Nice to have Front-end development experience with
React
.
- Strong knowledge of
RESTful and GraphQL APIs
.
- Hands-on experience with
AWS services
: S3, EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, DocumentDB.
- CI/CD pipeline experience with
Jenkins
.
- Familiarity with
Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
for container orchestration.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting experience with
DataDog
(and optionally ELK).
- Experience with
Atlassian tools
and Git for version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex L2/L3 issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for global teams.
