We are looking for an organized, friendly and proactive person to fill the position of Front Desk Receptionist.
You will be the first impression of the company, responsible for receiving clients and visitors, managing documents and providing administrative support.
Ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Requirements
- English conversational - B2
- Bilingual - English / Spanish (essential for the position).
- Technologist or professional in Business Administration or careers related to the position.
- Experience of +2 years as Administrative Assistant and Receptionist for multinational companies.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office package (including Microsoft Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented, organized, goal oriented, decision making, planning and effective time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception consultations and information registration of visitors.
- Follow-up on office routine maintenance.
- Management and follow-up of invoices from service providers.
- Assist employees on business trips for air ticket booking (confirm and verification of employee reimbursement documents).
- Administrative support in real estate leasing, maintenance of furniture, electrical appliances and public services in major apartments, registration management and safety, and cleaner arrangements.
- Monthly management and follow-up of employee parking spaces for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
