We're currently hiring a
Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Driven)
to help one of our clients scale and modernize a mission-critical platform.

About the Role

This is a founding-level opportunity to lead the transformation of a legacy monolith into a secure, scalable platform built from the ground up with AI-native capabilities and regulatory compliance at its core.

We don't just use AI as a buzzword.

We see AI-native systems as the new default, like websites on the internet.

It's not optional; it's expected.

In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and take full ownership of features from architecture to deployment.

You'll focus on performance, observability, and tangible impact, building a product that matters.

As a core member of the founding team, you'll also have the opportunity to earn equity in a company targeting $1M+ in ARR asap.

What You'll Do

Architect and build
a multi-tenant microservices platform with:

• • Role-based access control (RBAC)
• • Immutable audit logs
• • End-to-end encryption with data residency compliance

Lead onboarding workflows
, including:

• Identity verification
• Multi-jurisdiction license validation
• KYB (Know Your Business) for companies

Develop marketplace features:

• Specialty search, provider/clinic profiles
• Multilingual booking, cancellations, waitlists, reminders, and validated reviews

Build secure video chat modules
using:

• WebRTC, session orchestration, real-time subtitles, safety features

Deliver payment & revenue cycle tools
, such as:

• Eligibility checks, co-pay collection, claims pipeline, denial analytics

Integrate regulatory standards
, including:

• HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, IHE profiles

Embed AI across workflows
for:

• Note generation, scheduling optimization, denial analysis, risk stratification—with human-in-the-loop auditability

Build a developer ecosystem
with:

• Secure REST/FHIR APIs, webhooks, sandbox environments, and documentation

Manage DevOps & observability
, including:

• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Prometheus, ELK, chaos testing

Collaborate across teams
to run experiments that improve:

• Conversion, retention, and safety metrics

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a founding engineer who's excited to build a global healthtech platform from the ground up, one that's AI-native, regulation-ready, and designed to scale like Zocdoc or Doctoralia.

You've built complex systems before, ideally from 0 to 1, and you're comfortable moving fast without cutting corners on security, compliance, or product quality.

Core Experience

Product-Scale Platform Building

• Proven ability to architect and ship full-stack platforms in high-trust domains, from prototype to production, and through rapid iteration.
  
  

Modern Tech Stack (Current & Evolving):

• Frontend: React, , with internationalization (i18n), accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Backend: + TypeScript (Fastify, NestJS, or similar modular frameworks)
• Infra & DevOps: AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, ELK
• Security: SSO (OIDC/SAML), SCIM, advanced RBAC, audit logs, encryption in transit & at rest

Global Compliance Awareness

• Hands-on experience with GDPR, HIPAA, and emerging standards like EHDS.
  
  You understand what building compliance-first really means in practice.
  
  
• Healthcare Interoperability
• Familiarity with standards like HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and IHE profiles, or experience working with EMRs or claims systems.
  
  

Real-Time & Communication Systems

• Experience with WebRTC, secure messaging, or remote patient monitoring integrations — or the ability to ramp up quickly.
  
  

Cloud-Native Architecture

• Deep knowledge of containerized infrastructure, secrets management, and scalable service design.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience modernizing a legacy monolith into modular services
• Background in multilingual, multi-regional web apps
• Familiarity with consent frameworks and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Strong at writing developer-facing documentation and building sandboxed API environments
• You've recently shipped AI-powered features in healthcare, finance, or similarly regulated sectors

Compensation & Contract

• Potential transition into a full-time role in a global company
• Contract
  : 160 hours/month
• Rate:
  35M COP/year

Equity after 6 months,
