Position : Financial and Operations Specialist
Work Hours (Client) : 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, Mon-Fri
Pay Range : $1500 - $2200 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : Latin America
Work Location : REMOTE

A residential landscaping and snow removal company based in the Chicagoland area.
With over $1M in annual revenue and plans for expansion into commercial services, we are focused on building a strong operational foundation and professional client experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and bookkeeping
- Manage scheduling of jobs, routes, and service appointments
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone and email)
- Coordinate with field staff, providing bilingual communication as needed
- Support setup and management of CRM, sales funnels, and digital tools
- Assist with building and maintaining the company’s online presence (website, Google My Business, customer reviews)
- Prepare reports and maintain organized administrative records
- Assist with ad hoc tasks when needed
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English and Spanish Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years of professional experience in finance related roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in client communications and team coordination
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, and general administrative systems
- Comfortable learning and implementing digital tools (CRM, marketing funnels)
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt in a small-business environment
