What You Can ExpectThe Finance Analyst Junior Commissions is responsible for supporting the commission process for both direct territories (1099 and W2) and independent territories, ensuring data accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with internal policies.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to optimize commission payments and improve processes.
How You'll Create Impact - Commission Processing & Data Management
- Support the commission process for direct territories (1099 and W2), ensuring high-quality data and adherence to deadlines.
- Execute monthly updates, including rate changes, guaranteed commissions, onboarding and offboarding of representatives, team and position changes, and exhibit updates.
- Validate that JAMs system data aligns with ICM in terms of positions, teams, sub-teams, and overall configuration to ensure timely and accurate commission payments.
- Process STOs submitted by territories and implement necessary adjustments as requested.
- Work closely with the U.S. commissions team to ensure an efficient flow of information and coordinate the process optimally, interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with territories to ensure high data quality and meet deadlines for commission payments.
- Perform variance analysis against the prior month's commissions, verifying adjustments, post-pricing commissions, and guarantees.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to automate processes and reduce manual activities that could lead to errors.
- Independent Territories Support
- Process, consolidate, and upload manual commission adjustments.
- Review billed Rosa Robots during the month and ensure commission payments for those paid in cash.
- Provide additional support as required in commission-related activities.
What Makes You Stand Out- Experience in commission processing, financial analysis, or compensation management is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and commission management systems (ICM, JAMs, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- English level of B2
Your Background - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Commission roles.
