Boots and Mortar is looking for a Field Technician Coordinator to join their team full‑time.
This remote position is based in Colombia and supports a fast‑paced customer service operation.

- Proficient in technical support, task tracking, software project management, customer service, and call management.
- English – Fully fluent.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Field Technician Coordinator you will manage customer requests, coordinate field technician tasks, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the team.
- Coordinate customer requests, including special projects, tasks, and vendor scheduling, and assign them to field technicians.
- Update ticketing and property management systems (e.g., entering notes, processing move‑outs, marking units as rentable or unrentable).
- Assign and track tasks for field technicians.
- Monitor technicians’ tasks to ensure timely arrivals and completion of work, coordinating rescheduling or adjustments as needed.
- Provide phone support to technicians, assisting with issue resolution and ensuring access to materials and supplies.
- Send weekly email updates to customers summarizing completed work.
- Conduct regular check‑ins with customers to ensure they feel supported and have all necessary resources.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with computers and software; a computer skills test will be administered during the interview process.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Schedule & Compensation
- Workdays: Tuesday through Sunday
- Hours: 40–50 hours per week
- Start Time: Must be available to start work at 8:00 AM Central Time each morning
- Location: Remote, with headquarters based in Texas
