The Field Software Engineer is the primary interface between VTEX and the customer.
This technology-driven analyst learns the VTEX product scenarios and develops solutions to recurring customer problems by handling tickets and investigating the platform’s technical scenarios.
The role also aims to improve the area and strengthen the customer–company relationship.
