He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country service execution.Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution.Delivery of top-quality service execution.First point of customer contact for service execution.Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site.Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service.Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering as a standard and good knowledge of market dynamics in the Country.Profound experience in industrial engineering organization(s).Proven (minimum 5 yr) service and service operations experience.Experience in having remote teams/team leaders.Familiarity with the setup of GEA and the local market requirements of various customer groups.
