Buscamos un profesional proactivo que cumpla y supere los objetivos de ventas, apoyando a los clientes actuales y desarrollando nuevos negocios en el territorio asignado.

  • Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas de acuerdo con el plan / presupuesto.

  • Apoyar a los clientes activos actuales y desarrollar nuevos negocios / ventas en el territorio asignado.

  • Completar el ciclo de ventas desde la prospección hasta el cierre directamente con el usuario final.

  • Prospección de nuevos clientes (por teléfono, en línea y en el campo).

  • Mantener relaciones comerciales directamente con los usuarios finales.

  • Gestión del tiempo y del territorio.

  • Educación continua sobre el conocimiento del producto ATPC.

  • Trabajar con los diferentes departamentos de ATPC: Servicio al Cliente e Ingenieros de Producto.

  • Desarrollar/capacitar y trabajar con distribuidores en el país.

  • Trabajar con los representantes de ventas de los distribuidores para expandir el negocio a través de visitas de clientes en el campo.

  • Programar reuniones con los clientes (usuarios finales) diaria y semanalmente (junto con el distribuidor o directamente).

  • Realizar E-1 Demo a clientes potenciales.

  • Expansión y penetración de cuentas.

  • Uso regular y actualización de oportunidades de canalización en Salesforce, pronóstico de ventas.

Calificaciones

  • 75% Desarrollo de Negocio + 25% Operacional.

  • Ingeniería Industrial / Comercial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o Electrónica o afines.

  • +3 años de experiencia en el mercado industrial, minería y Oil & Gas.

    (Indispensable).

  • Conocimiento del mercado y disponibilidad para viajar y moverse de forma independiente.

  • Experiencia atendiendo a las áreas de mantenimiento (ventas técnicas).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación a diferentes niveles.

  • Habilidades de planificación.

  • Habilidades informáticas de oficina (MS Office).

  • Enérgico, Independiente, Disciplinado, Enfocado y orientado a resultados.
