Responsabilidades

  • Crecer la base de clientes: Identificar, desarrollar y cerrar oportunidades de negocio en nuevos clientes, maximizando el valor de las soluciones y servicios.

  • Actualizar información al equipo comercial referente a procesos internos de la compañía, así como los socios de negocio.

  • Establecer relaciones con altos funcionarios y tomadores de decisión en el sector público para comprender sus estrategias, prioridades y desafíos clave, identificando oportunidades donde soluciones puedan optimizar procesos gubernamentales y mejorar la prestación de servicios ciudadanos.

  • Apoyar en el desarrollo de estrategias de adopción de AI en instituciones gubernamentales, asegurando que las soluciones sean alineadas con las necesidades específicas del sector público y las regulaciones aplicables.

  • Diseñar y presentar soluciones personalizadas para gobiernos, alineadas con sus planes estratégicos y objetivos de política pública, facilitando la toma de decisiones basada en datos y promoviendo la eficiencia operativa.

  • Gestionar todo el ciclo de venta en el sector gobierno, desde la identificación de oportunidades en entidades públicas hasta la negociación y cierre de acuerdos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos de licitación y normativas vigentes.

  • Construir y fortalecer alianzas estratégicas con actores clave del ecosistema gubernamental y tecnológico, incluyendo instituciones, organismos multilaterales y socios estratégicos como Google, para impulsar la innovación en políticas públicas mediante el uso de AI.

  • Garantizar la adecuada gestión y documentación de oportunidades, proyectos y clientes gubernamentales en plataformas como Salesforce, asegurando transparencia y trazabilidad en cada iniciativa.

  • Cumplir o superar los objetivos comerciales asignados en el sector público, maximizando el impacto en la modernización y digitalización gubernamental.

  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años trabajando con entidades gubernamentales, gestionando relaciones con tomadores de decisión y entendiendo los procesos de compra pública, licitaciones y contratación gubernamental.

  • Experiencia en venta de soluciones tecnológicas o servicios digitales en el sector público, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de contratos.

  • Haber trabajado bajo metas de ventas en el sector gobierno y haber logrado o superado cuotas anuales en la comercialización de soluciones tecnológicas.

  • Graduado/a en cualquiera de las siguientes áreas: Administración de empresas, Economía o Ingeniería.

  • Conocimiento en uso de CRM Salesforce.
