  • Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente mediante la escucha activa y siempre tomando en cuenta el portafolio del cliente
  • Responder las inquietudes de los clientes
  • Manejar información confidencial y sensible de los clientes con responsabilidad
  • Resolver problemas desde la primera interacción, siendo proactivo y paciente

    Estamos buscando a:

  • Bachilleres académicos graduados, con experiencia de seis (6) meses en servicio al cliente, en la industria o en áreas similares
  • Alguien que quiera empezar a trabajar con los mejores y que viva en MEDELLÍN.
  • Conocimiento de Sistemas ofimáticos básicos
  • Buena capacidad de digitación
  • Buena ortografía
  • Proporcionar un excelente servicio mediante la escucha activa y el ofrecimiento del portafolio del cliente.
