We’re hiring an Expert Video Editor who understands performance — not just pixels.
You’ll be editing for apps doing $1M+ ARR or with agency-level clients, building scroll-stopping creatives driven by data.
You’ll handle up to 5 clients, own your editing pipeline, and help refine creative direction based on real ad metrics.
This is a hands-on, high-density editing role — perfect for someone who thrives on output, iteration, and results.
Responsibilities
Edit high-performing video ads for mobile apps and performance campaigns (UGC-style, motion, repurposing assets)
Collaborate with strategists to interpret ad metrics (CTR, hook rate, CPA) and turn insights into creative iterations
Manage up to 5 client accounts — ensuring consistent communication, delivery, and iteration speed
Follow the creative brief and scope of work tightly; deliver within deadlines and feedback cycles
Maintain clean file organization and handoff structures for revisions and campaigns
Support creative testing by providing multiple hooks, versions, and ad variants
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative strategists, copywriters, and media buyers
Requirements
Must-Haves
5+ years of professional video editing experience (preferably in performance creative, ads, or app marketing)
Proven experience working with apps generating $1M+ ARR or creative agencies handling multiple client accounts
Deep understanding of performance metrics (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar)
Strong organizational and project management skills — able to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and industry-standard editing tools
Excellent communication skills (English)

Experience with motion graphics and animation
Background in app advertising or mobile marketing
Knowledge of performance creative frameworks (e.g. hook/scroll/offer breakdowns)
Interest in creative testing and iterative ad production

Oversee 10+ active client accounts, maintaining proactive communication, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Source, vet, and negotiate with content creators, aligning deliverables with client goals and creative direction.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the client acquisition process, including creative audits, proposal preparation, and client onboarding.
Establish and maintain feedback loops between clients and creative teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide creative direction for ad campaigns, focusing on high-performing content angles, hooks, and iterations.
