Mon-Fri, 12 pm to 8 pm (Colombia time).
We work alongside teams in India (therefore, we offer a 24/7 service)

Position Summary:
The position is in the Network Chapter team which is part of the Client's Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) organization.
Seeking a senior level DDI / IPAM engineer with extensive experience in architecting and designing global DNS / DCHP / IP address management solutions for large scale global enterprises.
The role of the DDI / IPAM Network Engineer is focused on the proper design and implementation of the global DNS / DHCP / IP Address Management (IP v4 & IP v6) framework for the firm.
As a key member of the Network Chapter team, you will be responsible for delivering high level and low designs for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies.
Working closely with application and service support teams the role will also act in an advisory capacity to ensure that applications and services take full advantage of the DDI architecture and capabilities.

- Advanced English.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in DDI/IPAM solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems.
- Knowledge of NTP and GPS antennas.
- Scripting and automation knowledge and demonstrated experience.
- Direct experience in the design and implementation of large-scale DDI/IPAM solutions: Cisco Umbrella DNS.
- Infoblox, TCPWave, Bluecat, Microsoft AD services.
- Migration of services across platforms.
- IPAM solutions and good understanding of NAT.
- CDN solutions and interaction with hosted DDI services.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with application architects.
- Ability to create architectural and design recommendations including financial justification and present to peers and senior managers.
- Self-starter and capable of setting direction, seeking opportunities for improvement with minimal supervision.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Create strategic roadmaps for DNS/DHCP/IPAM products and services.
- Drive the design and oversee the deployment of these services across several regions working closely with local engineering teams and 3rd party vendors.
- Provide consulting and guidance to application architects, peer engineering, operations and systems teams.
- Partner with regional technology colleagues to ensure services meet the local technical, business and financial requirements but adhere to the global strategy.
- Prepare and present executive level material on the proposed solutions and benefits to Client.
- Create the necessary high level and low-level design documentation for the delivery and operational team hand-offs.Provide Operational deployment guidance and assistance.
- Recommend and drive the adoption of management tools for performance, capacity and inventory management.
- Drive the automation of key services and provide use cases across features and functionality.
