Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive searches to identify top-tier candidates via direct sourcing, referrals, online platforms, and professional networks.
- Leverage industry knowledge and networks to proactively engage potential candidates, building strong relationships and promoting our clients’ opportunities.
- Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed summaries of skills, experience, and potential contributions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, industry trends, and recruitment strategy guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong network of banking and finance professionals, industry leaders, and stakeholders to enhance sourcing efforts and business development opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of agency experience with proven results as an Executive Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, ideally in the banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of banking roles, functions, and talent requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking skills to connect and engage with high-level professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Strong business acumen to align recruitment strategies with client goals.
- Proficient in recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Experience serving U.S.-based clients is preferred.
