El rol de Asistente Ejecutivo/a (EA) es una figura estratégica dentro del equipo de ejecución de búsquedas, actuando como gestor/a de proyectos para asegurar el cumplimiento y la excelencia en cada asignación.

Entre sus responsabilidades se incluyen la interacción con clientes y candidatos, la coordinación de entrevistas, la organización de viajes, la verificación de procesos de debida diligencia, y el soporte en tareas administrativas como la gestión de agenda y documentación.

Además, brinda apoyo al equipo de reclutamiento en funciones administrativas adicionales.

Es ideal contar con experiencia previa como asistente ejecutiva/o, y fundamental tener una alta orientación al detalle, así como la capacidad de resolver problemas de manera efectiva y superar desafíos manteniendo siempre un estándar elevado de calidad.

Perfil y Experiencia Requerida

  • Experiencia en funciones administrativas tales como: gestión de agendas complejas, coordinaciones y organización de entrevista y eventos.

  • Experiencia/conocimiento en procesos administrativos (registro de clientes/proveedores, facturación, manejo documental) entre otras.

  • Conocimiento en sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad en el trabajo (SST)
  • Experiencia previa en administración o manejo de la coordinación de citas médicas, trámites familiares, reservas, pagos de servicios, etc.

  • Capacidad de adaptación a diversos estilos de trabajo.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Administración y actualización del sistema de gestión interna.

  • Coordinación de entrevistas y organización de agendas.

  • Revisión, preparación y control de documentos.

  • Apoyo en la organización de eventos corporativos.

  • Registro de clientes como proveedores y procesamiento de facturación.

  • Asistencia en trámites administrativos y personales de los consultores.
