Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Location: Remote (must be able to work Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET)
Compensation: Competitive salary with growth opportunities - from $1,200 - $2,200

About the Role
The CEO leads a fast-growing proptech company backed by top-tier investors and many of the largest landlords and managers in the U.S. As the company scales, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside the Chief of Staff, providing support across the CEO's both personal and professional priorities.
This role demands intelligence, precision, discretion, and a long-term mindset.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, has a strong background in accounting or finance, is detail-oriented, and is eager to grow with us over the next 5–10+ years.
You’ll be more than an assistant — you’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring the Principal’s personal and professional life runs seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Personal & Household Support
- Manage calendar, logistics, and appointments
- Handle travel arrangements, research best hotels/restaurants, and prepare detailed itineraries
- Misc Personal Bookkeeping (expense tracking, reconciliations, reporting in Excel)
- Research and summarize relevant articles, threads, and lifestyle trends for the CEO
Professional & Business Support
- Provide direct support to the Chief of Staff across scheduling, communications, and operations
- Monitor and manage inboxes, draft correspondence, and summarize key information in real time
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and briefing materials
- Support with bookkeeping, dashboards, trackers, and reporting
- Conduct research and compile data for projects and decision-making
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Contribute to systems-building, workflow optimization, and process improvements
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 3+ years of experience as an EA, PA, or similar role supporting senior leadership
- Background in bookkeeping or finance (degree or master’s in accounting preferred)
- Excellent professional English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong command of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
- Smart, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have
