Overview
NeoWork is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant with proven expertise in Go High Level (GHL) to provide loan processing/underwriting support and CRM management.
This role is ideal for someone in real estate or lending who can proactively manage workflows and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Organize loan processing and underwriting support tasks.
- Manage and optimize the Go High Level CRM to streamline lead generation, client communication, and deal pipeline management.
- Create and maintain basic automations in GHL to improve efficiency and client experience.
- Provide back-office administrative support as needed.
- Anticipate business needs and independently propose and implement solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Go High Level
- Background in lending, mortgage, or real estate required.
- Strong working knowledge of Go High Level CRM (live screen-share exercise will be required to confirm expertise)
- Proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills.
- Independent problem-solver who can create value without requiring step-by-step guidance
