Executive Virtual Assistant to the CEO
We are looking for a
rockstar Executive Virtual Assistant
to provide high-level support directly to one of our clients — a CEO.
This is a
100% virtual, full-time position
(Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
The right candidate will have
proven experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leaders, or top-level executives in corporate environments
.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar using Google Calendar.
- Coordinate and host Zoom meetings with professionalism.
- Arrange medical appointments, travel itineraries, and ticket purchases.
Digital Tools & Platform Expertise:
- Google Workspace (mandatory):
Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides.
- Manage WhatsApp groups and chats for internal and external communication.
- Utilize ChatGPT for task automation, drafting, and productivity enhancement.
Cross-Departmental Support:
- Assist Marketing, Sales, and Accounting teams by providing requested information.
- Organize and manage digital files.
- Ensure smooth communication and task follow-up across teams.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 4 years as a Virtual Assistant with proven success in executive-level support.
- Language Proficiency:
Excellent spoken and written
professional English
is a must; clear diction and polished business communication style are required.
- Professional Presence:
Must project confidence, discretion, and professionalism while representing both the CEO and our company.
