Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Executor of Tasks to support our leadership team across a wide range of activities.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you’ll help manage communications with offshore counsel, assist our fintech team with client work, and make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
From coordinating with clients and booking calls, to ensuring deliverables are completed on time, to stepping in and getting random but important tasks done, you’ll be a key problem-solver who keeps everything moving forward.
Don’t worry if you haven’t done these tasks before — there are clear playbooks (SOPs), supervision, and training provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Helping Manage Offshore Counsel
- Our crypto team does a lot of work with lawyers in foreign jurisdictions, and boy do they move slowly.
The applications also involve a lot of details and coordination.
They are not hard, but they are time consuming.
We need your help!
- Standard EA Work
- Everything from booking calls to triaging emails to coordinating internally
- Getting Random Things Done
- A client has asked for us to send over X.
Great - you’ll jump on that, figure it out, and get us a draft to review before we send it out - We have content that we want published on various platforms and that has been recorded already - no problem, you’ll oversee the people responsible for the content creation and make sure things get done and we have visibility on the status of everything
- We need to create a quick thing on Canva for a conference.
No problem - you’ll get that done for us - Clients have small requests.
You’ll see those and take care of things right away.
- Assisting our Fintech Team
- Our Fintech team has a ton of work, so you’ll use any ‘downtime’ to assist them with various things that they do for clients (applications, registrations, review of submissions, etc.)
- General Client Management:
- You’ll coordinate with clients by email/WhatsApp/Telegram and answer various questions related to tasks that you’re performing
Skills And Qualifications
- Introverted / Happy working independently
- If you are an extrovert who is energized by talking to people all day in person or in meetings, this role is not for you.
- This is an internal execution role.
Your job will be to execute (i.e. get things done!).
- You’ll collaborate internally with our other team members and externally with clients.
Almost all collaboration will be in writing (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Attention to detail:
- You need to read things carefully and follow processes carefully.
If you are not great at following detailed instructions, you will not be a good fit.
This is not a role where you get to exercise a ton of creativity (though creative suggestions are always welcome).
This is an execution role, where we’re executing on regulatory requirements for clients
- Independent problem solving:
- This is a complicated and rapidly changing environment.
- You will have good playbooks to rely on but you should expect new situations to come up regularly.
You can’t be paralyzed any time you encounter a new situation or if the playbook doesn’t give you clear instructions on what to do in such a situation.
- You need to be able to problem solve.
“Based on what I know , what makes sense to do in this situation”.
Go to your manager with a proposed solution rather than saying “hey, what do I do here?” - You’re going to be a key player on our team over time.
If all you can do is follow our playbooks, then that isn’t extremely valuable.
We need you to be able to improve things and also be able to troubleshoot new situations that come up!
- Multi-tasking:
- You will have a bunch of different tasks on your plate at any given time.
You will need to know how to juggle different things.
An essential part of effective multi-tasking is good prioritization.
- Our systems will help you with that, but we need people with good judgment and who can adapt to changes as they come!
- If you are the kind of person who prefers to focus on 1 thing at a time or needs to have a perfect plan for the week that can’t be disrupted, you will not be a good fit for this role.
- Process-oriented:
- Developing good processes and documenting them is a key part of our client’s ethos.
- Anytime something goes wrong in a task, a process-oriented person immediately thinks “there is probably something about the process that isn’t ideal.
How can we tweak the process to ensure this error doesn’t occur next time”.
- We need someone who can think this way and improve our processes, not just passively keep doing the same inefficient thing over and over again!
- Accountability:
- We are looking for folks that can take ownership and accountability over their files and are not likely to point the blame on external sources when files/tasks they are managing encounter issues.
- Our job is to solve problems for our clients; and since our clients are holding us accountable, that means we need someone who is accountable too!
- A Manager of One: Works independently, sets priorities, and drives results without constant supervision.
