Location: Remote (must work Toronto hours)
Compensation:
- Latin America: $1,500–$2,500/month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Role SummaryA fast-growing apparel manufacturing and printing company serving leading streetwear brands, corporations, and retail clients across North America is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
With rapid expansion, new systems, and growing partnerships, this role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles complexity with calm, and can operate independently.
The Executive Assistant will manage communication, scheduling, travel, follow-ups, and organize systems to ensure the business keeps moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and priorities with zero dropped balls.
- Coordinate across teams including sales, production, marketing, and operations to keep projects moving.
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for key meetings and calls.
- Organize documents, NDAs, contracts, and vendor correspondence.
- Help manage communications with partners, agencies, and clients while CEO is traveling.
- Support with light project management to ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company and personal information.
Requirements
- Exceptionally organized, reliable, and proactive.
You don’t wait to be told twice.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle a wide range of tasks without ego.
- Tech savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Superhuman or similar.
- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or executive in a startup or fast-paced business.
- Kind, likable, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bonus: interest in business, branding, or fashion.
