We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily operations and drive business development efforts.
This role combines traditional EA responsibilities with data-driven lead generation, CRM management, and marketing collaboration.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling both administrative and growth-focused tasks.
Executive Support
Manage the executive’s calendar, book meetings, and coordinate schedules.
Handle incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Business Growth & Lead Generation
Build and maintain contact lists to support outreach initiatives.
Manage CRM systems (OneCat, Salesforce) to ensure accurate data and tracking.
Conduct data mining and property research using CoStar.
Verify and update contacts through ZoomInfo.
Create weekly lists of 25–35 potential clients for outreach and follow-up.
Manage touchpoints and nurture relationships with prospects.
Marketing Collaboration
Partner with the marketing team to develop content for outreach.
Support email campaign execution and reporting.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Operations Associate.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (OneCat, Salesforce preferred).
Familiarity with CoStar and ZoomInfo highly valued.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive problem solver.
