* Descripción empresa: Somos el primer Contact Center y BPO de Colombia, con más de 28 años ofreciendo soluciones integrales a empresas del sector público y privado para la atención y gestión de sus clientes.

* Funciones del cargo: OPORTUNIDAD DE ESTUDIO
- Titulación: Técnico laboral en asesor call center y servicio al cliente
- Institución de Formación: Ipler Cresco
- Empresa patrocinadora: Outsourcing S.A.S BIC
Información de la oferta:*
- Etapa lectiva (5 meses): Clases presenciales de lunes a viernes de 5:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. en Calle 98 22 64.
- Etapa productiva (6 meses): Prácticas presenciales en sedes de Outsourcing o sedes de clientes, en horario de oficina.
* Requisitos: -· Ser mayor de edad.
-· Ser bachiller titulado y contar con el certificado.
-· Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, análisis y gestión de información.
-· No haber tenido contrato de aprendizaje anteriormente.
