Grows es una consultoría ELITE y Partner de HubSpot, especializada en estrategias de crecimiento, implementación de HubSpot e integraciones personalizadas.

Ayudamos a empresas de toda América Latina a escalar sus procesos de ventas y marketing, optimizando cada interacción con el cliente a través de tecnología, automatización e inteligencia artificial.

Implementamos RevOps para alinear al máximo Marketing, Ventas y Servicio al Cliente, diseñamos estrategias comerciales y digitales que incrementan la conversión y retención de clientes, y desarrollamos integraciones personalizadas con ERP, CRM y otras plataformas clave.

Como Estratega de Implementación en Grows, serás responsable de guiar a nuestros clientes en la implementación de HubSpot y otras soluciones tecnológicas.

Las tareas diarias incluirán la configuración de cuentas, integración de plataformas, automatización de procesos y seguimiento continuo para asegurar el éxito del cliente.

Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realiza de manera remota.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en roles relacionados con la implementación de CRM, marketing digital o automatización tecnológica.

  • Formación universitaria en áreas afines, como Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería de Sistemas o campos relacionados.

  • Dominio de las funcionalidades básicas y/o avanzadas de HubSpot, según el nivel del rol.

  • Conocimientos en integración de sistemas y manejo de herramientas digitales (Google Suite, Google Analytics, plataformas de gestión de proyectos como Notion, Asana o Trello).

  • Capacidad para comprender conceptos de automatización y procesos de marketing y ventas.

  • Excelente capacidad de comunicación para explicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara a clientes y equipos internos.

  • Orientación al detalle, organización y proactividad en la solución de problemas.

  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar proyectos con mínima supervisión.

Responsabilidades

  • Asegurar que todos los clientes completen la configuración técnica requerida de manera eficiente y oportuna.

  • Realizar configuraciones iniciales y avanzadas en HubSpot (Marketing, Sales y Service Hub) acorde a los requerimientos del cliente.

  • Implementar propiedades personalizadas, dashboards, reportes y workflows, asegurando la correcta integración con herramientas externas (Aircall, WhatsApp, SMS, entre otras).

  • Elaborar y mantener manuales y guías técnicas que detallen cada fase del proceso de implementación.

  • Proveer soporte técnico y capacitación inicial o especializada a los clientes, escalando incidencias cuando sea necesario.

  • Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos de implementación, controlando tiempos, alcance y calidad de los entregables.

  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos (cuentas, soporte y desarrollo) para garantizar una experiencia de cliente de alta calidad.

  • Auditar procesos y soluciones implementadas, identificando oportunidades para mejoras, automatización y personalización.

  • Desarrollar iniciativas de capacitación continua y actualización sobre las innovaciones de HubSpot y herramientas relacionadas.

  • Proactivamente, proponer mejoras en el trabajo diario individual, con el equipo y en los procesos de Onboarding.

  • Capacitar y educar a los clientes sobre cómo utilizar de manera efectiva las herramientas de HubSpot.
