Especialista en Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Workspace

Nuestro cliente, una empresa líder en tecnología a nivel mundial, busca unEspecialista en Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Workspace para unirse a su equipo.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia sólida en el desarrollo, implementación y optimización de la plataforma Dynamics 365 Customer Service, capaz de diseñar y entregar soluciones técnicas que se alineen con los requisitos funcionales y las mejores prácticas del producto.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan en esta aventura?

  • Ser responsable del diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones basadas en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

  • Configurar y personalizar el entorno de Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace.

  • Implementar y configurar Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework.

  • Integrar y utilizar Microsoft APM SDK para la gestión y monitoreo de aplicaciones.

  • Trabajar bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y utilizar herramientas colaborativas como Jira.

  • Evaluar requisitos funcionales y compararlos con las funcionalidades del producto para garantizar la alineación con las necesidades del cliente.

  • Gestionar tareas y responsabilidades de manera independiente, manteniendo un alto nivel de calidad en el desarrollo y la implementación.

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en entornos de Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service.

  • Conocimiento demostrable de Copilot Service Workspace (documentación oficial).

  • Experiencia práctica en la implementación y configuración de Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework (documentación oficial).

  • Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft APM SDK (documentación oficial).

  • Comprensión sólida de los ciclos de vida de desarrollo de software y metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o en equipos cross-functional.

  • Experiencia en TypeScript.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas colaborativas como Jira.

  • Inglés: Nivel Avanzado (C1) como mínimo.

  • Español: Competencia profesional.

  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de manera proactiva y autónoma.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y facilitación para colaborar de manera efectiva con equipos técnicos, de negocio y stakeholders internacionales.
