Job description

Objetivo del cargo:

Diseñar, implementar y liderar la estrategia de relacionamiento con clientes apoyado en el CRM (Odoo deseable), garantizando una comunicación efectiva y multicanal (email, WhatsApp, redes sociales, llamadas, IA), con el fin de generar oportunidades comerciales, realizar cierres de ventas y contribuir directamente al crecimiento de la empresa.

Funciones principales

1 Gestión estratégica del CRM

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de contacto y segmentación de la base de clientes.

  • Mantener la base de datos limpia, actualizada y segmentada por intereses, sector y comportamiento.

  • Automatizar procesos de seguimiento y nurturing dentro del CRM.

  • 2, Estrategia de comunicación multicanal
  • Diseñar campañas en canales como email marketing, WhatsApp, redes sociales y llamadas directas.

  • Implementar tácticas para descubrir intereses de los clientes en corto tiempo (encuestas, tracking de interacciones, análisis de comportamiento).

  • Integrar inteligencia artificial para personalización de mensajes y predicción de intereses.

    Gestión comercial y ventas
  • Contactar clientes directamente y ejecutar procesos de cierre de ventas.

  • Dar seguimiento a oportunidades en el pipeline comercial hasta su cierre.

  • Preparar propuestas comerciales personalizadas y negociaciones.

  • 4.

    Medición y mejora continua
  • Definir KPIs de efectividad de campañas, tasas de conversión, contactos efectivos y cierres.

  • Elaborar reportes periódicos para la gerencia sobre la efectividad de la estrategia y resultados comerciales.

  • Ajustar tácticas con base en los datos para mejorar la conversión y la fidelización.

Competencias requeridas

  • Experiencia en CRM (ODOO, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Bitrix o similar).

  • Conocimiento en automatización de marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp Business API, redes sociales y herramientas de IA.

  • Habilidades comerciales: negociación, cierre de ventas, comunicación asertiva.

  • Capacidad analítica y de segmentación de bases de datos.

  • Orientación a resultados y proactividad.
