What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Expertise
    • Experience building user interfaces using well-structured HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React JS and React Native.

    • Experience in developing components with Typescript.

    • Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain unit, component, and end-to-end tests to ensure feature reliability.

    • UX/UI Design Foundations: Good understanding of UX/UI design principles like user centered design, responsive design, consistency, simplicity, etc.

  • Curiosity and Continuous Learning Mindset
    • Strong desire to learn and stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices.

    • Active participation in self-learning and problem-solving on their own.

    • Interest in exploring new approaches or techniques, especially in a dynamic environment.

How The Hiring Process Looks Like
